These clients were permanently relocating from their primary residence in Texas to their vacation home in New Mexico. I talked in depth with the clients in order to understand the pain points in the existing home. I had the contractor remove all the existing millwork and redesigned it all to make the home more functional for them. I selected new materials for the Primary Bathroom, and added wood floors to all the bedrooms. While I do not have photos of the completed project, I do have a selection of drawings to convey some of the design.
